香菇的一生

香菇是我国第一大宗食用菌,古时有‘山珍’之称,随着人工栽培技术的进步,香菇已经走进寻常百姓家中,成为日常餐桌上的一道美味。与此同时,因为大众对食用菌的不了解,在食品安全方面产生了疑虑和误解。所以本研究从专业的角度拍摄了一部讲述香菇从一颗小孢子成长为一颗美味子实体的生活史,科学地呈现出香菇野外环境和人工栽培条件下的生长过程,在消除公众对香菇等食用菌的各种疑虑和误解的同时,为公众呈献一部科学、有趣的科普微视频,普及生物科学知识,推进“一荤一素一菇”的健康饮食方式。

本研究科普微视频拍摄的内容主要分为微观拍摄和宏观拍摄两部分,微观拍摄包括孢子到初生菌丝的生长过程和双核菌丝的生长过程,宏观拍摄包括野生香菇的生长环境、野生香菇和人工栽培香菇的生长过程。经过项目组近两年的共同努力,最终完成了这个科普微视频。

Xianggu is an edible fungi with the highest production and consumption in China.In ancient times,it was called‘Mountain Treasure'.With the advancement of artificial cultivation technologies,Xianggu has become a delicious dish in people's daily diet.In order to eliminate the public's doubts and misunderstandings about Xianggu and other mushrooms,this research filmed a story about the life cycle of Xianggu growing from a small spore to a mature fruit body.From a professional perspective,it shows the growth process of the wild Xianggu and artificial cultivated one.Through this scientific and interesting popular science microfilm,we hope to spread the knowledge of biological science to the public and promote the"one meat,one vegetarian,one mushroom"healthy diet.
