2016年在中国贵州平塘大窝幽落成的“天眼”是目前最令人惊叹的射电望远镜。“天眼”的全名是500米口径球面射电望远镜，简称FAST。截至2019年8月，FAST累计新发现了一百三十多颗脉冲星。

Completed in 2016 in Dawodang depression, Pingtang County, Guizhou Province, China,"FAST"is the most amazing radio telescope at present. Its full name is the Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope (FAST). Till August 2019, FAST has discovered more than 130 new pulsars.
